Voltage Map of Frequencies in the World

There are 15 types of electrical outlet plugs in use today, each of which has been assigned a letter by the United States Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration ( ITA ), starting with A and moving through of the alphabet.

Europe and most other countries in the world use a voltage that is twice Mexico’s. It is between 220 and 240 volts, while in Japan and most of the Americas the voltage is between 100 and 127 volts.
