The warranty is not valid in the following cases

(a) When the product has been used under conditions other than normal.
b) When the product has not been operated in accordance with the instructions for use that accompanies it.
c) When the product has violated the warranty seal by having been opened by personnel not authorized by the national manufacturer, importer or responsible marketer.

Likewise, once the form is completed, our internal warranty team will validate the information and then contact you to indicate the next step.

If you are in Mexico City, you can attend directly to our Service Center for this validation. Located at Escuela Naval Militar 118 A, Col. San Francisco Culhuacán, C.P. 04260 Mexico City. Bring with you an official ID, the ticket of purchase or invoice and the equipment to be diagnosed complete (box, accessories and manuals).
